At Juiced Pipes, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our performance exhaust systems. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy. Please review the details below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or modified
  • Custom or special order items
  • Products not purchased directly from Juiced Pipes or an authorized dealer

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at returns@juicedpipes.com or call us at ((888) 255-5721 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package the Product: Securely package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Product: Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package is delivered safely.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Shipping charges may apply to the new order.

Damaged or Defective Products

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect. We will assess the situation and provide instructions for a replacement or refund if the product is deemed defective.
